FLAS is made  up of Qualified and  Professional Staff with a team of High quality, Dedicated, Innovative and people- centered Oriented staff. They are committed to offer good professional health and access of good health care for all more especially in women and young girls. With our team Family Life Association of Swaziland seeks to improve the health status of the people of Swaziland

FLAS is made up of 40 members (50% women and 20% youth). We also have volunteers and interns who voluntary act in giving time and labor into the Organization while they discover their areas of work.
